101 Thompkins Street

City Hall is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm closed each day for an hour for lunch

I close for lunch an hour each day. Though I usually add post office run and errands in that time frame. Noon is the goal; however, sometimes I am on a call, have a resident inside, or have something pressing that must be done before I can leave. Sometimes, I take an early lunch so I can go to doctor appointments.

If I am out for any reason or if I am in a meeting, zoom class, workshop, webinar, etc... I leave a note on the door and the drive through window. As well as contact information. If I am in a meeting or class, I will not answer the phone. Though, I do check my emails frequently.

I have streamlined most things to where things can be handled online. New accounts, bill pay, rentals, etc. If you have any questions, regardless if I'm in the office or not, I always check my emails and you are welcome to email me any time. [email protected]

You can also contact one of your council members depending on what aspect you need help with. Mayor PJ Rathbone will always accept calls and figure out who to contact in the event he can not answer your question.

You can also use TextMyGov or the HeyGov applications to report issues.

There are many options to pay your bill:

  1. Online there are two options to use for credit/debit card payments
  2. Automatic draft (this is a free option for us to draft your monthly bill from your account on the 10th of each month.) You can sign up online or drop by city hall to sign up
  3. Mail-in Checks or Money Order
  4. Drop box (before you get to the window) if you do not include your payment stub, please include name and or service address
  5. In-person --Drive Through or walk-in
  6. You can also call or email and request I send a payment link to your cell phone or email. This streamlines the online pay process and will walk you through it.

You must have a valid mailing address to recieve a bill. Inside City-Limits do not have home delivery; therefore, YOU MUST have a PO Box. **(These are now free for those inside city limits without an option to have mail foot delivered).**
